My Style
Family portraits are some of my favorite moments to capture. I believe in mixing both traditional posing and candid shots to capture your family to the fullest. Some of the best photos are those where I am like a fly on the wall and you are free to interact with each other naturally. I also believe that natural light compliments the atmosphere the best, typically shooting during the late afternoon/early evening hours. Early morning is also an option. Most of all, I work to make sure that the photo session is fun and playful for you and your kids.

Session

Sessions usually are an hour. They can be either at your home or at a location of your choosing. Ideal locations are parks or beaches where there aren’t too many people in the background. While I don’t limit the number of final images from which you will have to choose, typically a one hour session will provide around 35-45 images in various poses and candid moments. These final images will be fully edited and retouched. You will have a password-protected online gallery from which to purchase prints.

Because my schedule can fill up fast, I recommend scheduling your family session with me about a month in advance.
